As TEKNOMAK, we organize many different activities to boost the motivation and satisfaction of our employees. Some of these activities are:
A weekly soccer league with a trophy that is being consisted of teams from our employees. All of the teams’ names, logos, and uniforms were prepared with the utmost care and passion.
Communication, respect, and tolerance are our golden rules. To become more socialized and to get to know each other better in the company, we have been organizing get-together dinners. We have prepared special events and dinners for our women employees. We have prepared new year dinners. We even organized “The Voice TEKNOMAK” singing competition. We have been working on all of these events so that our employees can understand we actually mean it when we say “we are a family.”
We have prepared Bowling tournaments, organized teams, and have made special clothing for it.
Thanks to these activities, we have been working on our team spirit and how to work as a team in general.
With the orientation training we apply to speed up the adaptation process of our newly recruited employees to the company; We convey information about company culture, history, management style and organizational structure.
Quality in people; increases with the ability to manage emotions. Quality in women; It begins when she realizes that she gave birth to man, but she does not possess the child. This year, we designed our women's day event on raising awareness of "Earthquake and Aid Awareness". We invited an earthquake survivor. We ended the day with good posts.
We continue our aid in order to touch the lives of people affected by the earthquake. We donated not only on behalf of the female employees of the TEKNOMAK brand, but also to convey the importance of raising awareness for them.
