EmulTEK

General Information

Emulsion Plant is for mixing water-acid-emulsifier content with raw bitumen. Emulsions are used for road maintenance and repairs and for parts of structural pavements. EmulTEK includes bitumen, water, acid and emulgator pumps and mixing tank.

Plant Capacity

• From 2 up to 15 t/h capacity,

Fraction percentage based upon the plant capacity;

• Bitumen: 50 % at 135 °C
• WAE (Water-Acid-Emulgator): 50 % at 42-50 °C

Tank

• Stainless steel body,
• 1 or 2 tanks,
• Load-cell weighing system,

Mixing Pump

• Lobe type special WAE (water+acid+emulgator),
• Inventor controlled additive pump motors,

Mill

• Colloidal type,
• Collector at mill input to homogenize bitumen mixture,

Bitumen Pump

• Invertor controlled additive pump motors,

Heating

• Tanks and other components are heated by electric or thermic oil,
